And here’s why: Look at the Inventory (Click to Enlarge)! Basic Supply & Demand. Not only is Supply almost half of what it was a year ago, I would suggest to you that Demand is Up as well. Those two diverging trends is creating an extremely tight market. It will take a little time for the prices to rise, but it’s coming.
